1. Business Identity

GetNoticed Productions ("we", "us", "our") operates as a sole proprietorship in Singapore, providing signage design, fabrication coordination, printing, and installation management services.

2. Scope of Services

We provide services including but not limited to:

• Signage design and technical drawings
• Material consultation and sourcing
• Fabrication coordination with third-party suppliers
• Printing and finishing
• Installation coordination and supervision
• Authority submission preparation (where applicable)

All services are quote-based and confirmed only upon written acceptance.

3. Reference Images & Illustrative Content

Images, photographs, diagrams, and visual materials displayed on this website may be used for illustrative or reference purposes only.

Unless explicitly stated, such visuals do not represent projects executed, supplied, or installed by GetNoticed Productions.

Reference imagery is provided solely to demonstrate typical signage styles, materials, finishes, or installation concepts.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names appearing in reference images remain the property of their respective owners.

No Misrepresentation

Clients acknowledge that reference images are not representations of prior work unless expressly stated in writing.

4. Quotations & Pricing

• All pricing is custom-quoted
• Prices are based on information provided at the time of quotation
• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise
• Prices may change due to material cost fluctuation, site conditions, or scope changes
• No client-facing fixed pricing is published

5. Payments

• Standard payment terms: 50% confirmation, 50% before installation
• Certain projects may require 100% upfront payment
• Production will not commence without payment clearance

6. Design Revisions

• Initial design includes a defined number of revisions
• Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges
• Major changes after approval may require re-quotation

7. Site Conditions & Measurements

• Site measurements may be based on drawings, photos, or physical visits
• If site conditions differ from provided information, additional costs may apply
• Structural or access limitations may affect feasibility

8. Installation, Night Works & High-Risk Works

Certain projects may incur surcharges, including but not limited to:

• Rush timelines
• After-hours or night installations
• Weekend or public holiday work
• High-level installations
• Restricted access sites
• Safety or manpower-intensive environments

These will be clearly communicated and approved before proceeding.

9. Timeline & Delays

All timelines are estimates.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Supplier lead times
• Authority approvals
• Weather conditions
• Building management restrictions
• Client delays or late confirmations

We will communicate proactively if timelines change.

10. Third-Party Suppliers

Fabrication, printing, and installation may be fulfilled by trusted third-party partners.

We are not responsible for delays or defects caused by third-party suppliers beyond our reasonable control.

However, we coordinate resolution professionally on your behalf.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the value of services provided under the confirmed quotation

12. Cancellation & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable once production begins
• Cancellation after confirmation may incur costs already committed
• Custom-made items are not refundable

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
